Converting SWF to AVI without Watermarks or loosing quality.
1) If you have patience use swf2avi, because it does take an age
Despite popular belief it does work really well.
1 Make sure your swf isnt compressed at all when you export it in Flash.
2 3) Create a new folder for your swf since it will generate thousand of images
3 4) Open your .swf and it will ask you to create a container movie.
5) Go to extras and click “build container movie”

7) After its finally done only convert 500 images at a time to avi or else the thing will crash. Also during each session you will have to delete the first image in line for some reason it drags the end
image to the front and then on the next session select that image you deleted first.

It will be in pieces use some free movie editor. Windows Movie Maker should work, if you want it in WMV format. Which can be used pretty much everywhere on the net and be burnt onto DVDR.

8) Open the .FLA file in Flash and export the movie in as a WAV or MP3. Add the sound to the timeline of the free movie editor.

9) Save the Project in the file-type you prefer, it's annoying but it doesnt add any watermarks and no quality is lost.
